- The UPSC GS 1 Paper was an objective type examination, that was held from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. The first paper of the UPSC CSE Prelims Question Paper 2023 comprised of 100 questions for 2 marks each from General Study and the candidates were given 2 hours to finish the UPSC Prelims 2023 GS paper 1. The prelims question as per the new trend followed by the UPSC in 2016,2017, 2018 prelims 2019 GS paper 1 given More weight-age on Geography, History Economics & Polity in order. Traditional subjects like Geography got more questions almost double than last year 2019 and History questions also more compared to 2019, Questions are more of testing the minute details of sections of Current programmes or Economic issues and details. Global IAS every year strive to give best accurate results of Prelims Questions immediately after prelims Exam for betterment of students for their planning of Mains programme/ Coaching 2020/21

2020: UPSC Back to Traditional fold – with Geography , History & Indian Polity & Biology – 57, remaining 36 Questions are from Economics/Current Affairs +S&T+IR & 7 question from Environment.
