IBPS PO 2019 Exam Pattern for Prelims and Mains
IBPS PO 2019 Exam Pattern describes the nature of questions, marking scheme, section-wise marks distribution, total number of questions, etc. It is decided by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) each year. The exam will be scheduled for October 13, 14, 20 and 21, 2019. The IBPS PO 2019 will be conducted in online mode only and has to be completed in 2 hours duration.
The Exam Pattern and syllabus is different for all the three stages viz. Prelims, Mains and Personal Interview.
IBPS also conducts Pre-Examination Training before the exam for reserved category candidates to nurture their capabilities. Final selection is done on the basis of IBPS PO cutoff.
Candidates are advised to solve as many previous year question Papers as they can, for a better idea of the exam pattern and syllabus.
In Prelims exam, questions will be asked from three subjects namely Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English. The total time allotted to the complete the exam is 1 hour.
The Mains exam will include questions from Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, Computers and General Awareness.
Students should attempt the questions very carefully because for every wrong answer, marks will be deducted.
Student’s final selection will be done on the basis of an interview which will be scheduled in the month of January 2020.

IBPS PO 2019 Personal Interview Round
Personal Interview is the final stage of IBPS PO Recruitment process.
Those who have scored minimum qualifying marks in IBPS PO Mains exam will only be eligible to take part in the interview round.
In this round, students will be evaluated on the basis of their general information, skills, abilities and communication skills.
This round carries a weightage of 100 marks
In the selection process, 20% weightage is given to this round.
